Troon is seeking friendly and dependable Seasonal Front Desk / Check-In Staff at Lake Monticello Pool. This role is essential to creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring proper access and smooth daily operations at the pool.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a courteous, professional manner

Check in residents, verify passes, and monitor guest access

Answer basic questions regarding pool rules, hours, and policies

Enforce pool entry policies consistently and respectfully

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Communicate issues or concerns to the Pool Manager or lifeguard staff
