Responsibilities
Serve as the Quality lead representative on global quality improvement, cost-reduction, and efficiency initiatives
Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure robust quality standards and processes are established and maintained
Develop, review, and approve qualification deliverables, validation protocols, and process documentation
Design and implement inspection and testing methods to evaluate product precision and accuracy
Conduct quality assurance testing and statistical analysis to identify root cause and determine corrective actions
Ensure corrective measures meet reliability standards and regulatory requirements
Support compliance with applicable medical device regulations and internal quality systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field with 5–7 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
Strong Design Assurance / Design Quality background
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
Self-driven with the ability to independently manage workload and projects
Preferred
Medical device quality engineering experience preferred
Lean and/or Six Sigma process improvement experience
Experience supporting global or multi-product quality initiatives
Knowledge of validation, qualification, and regulatory compliance requirements
