Drive the execution of high-quality, scalable solutions across our enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform
Apply your deep technical expertise across multiple modules—including ITSM, CSM, HAM, and WSD—to bridge the gap between architectural vision and production-ready code
Define engineering standards
Mentor other developers
Ensure our platform remains robust, performant, and maintainable
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years of experience with specific ServiceNow modules, including knowledge of their business and technical applications, to inform development and customization decisions
Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize ServiceNow modules and reports
ServiceNow Technical experience - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations and ITAM (SAM & HAM)
Experience using ServiceNow's NOW platform to design and develop customized reports and solutions, leveraging its low-code/no-code capabilities
Experience implementing and customizing different ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD and CIS (ITSM, ITOM, and/or other modules)
Preferred
Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including in-depth understanding of their business and technical applications, to inform complex development and customization decisions
Experience with various scripting languages, such as JavaScript, to develop and customize intricate ServiceNow modules and reports
Experience designing and developing innovative solutions using ServiceNow's NOW platform, leveraging its advanced low-code/no-code capabilities to drive business process improvements
