Creating digital and email design patterns and components as well as interactive digital experiences
Developing design patterns based on UX best practices and research
Collaborating with other teams across Schwab, including the Creative Center (C2) UX Strategy team in Schwab Marketing
Qualification
Required
Five+ years relevant experience as a UXD or related role
Familiarity working on a DDS and understanding of atomic-based design
Proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create components and document your work in Figma
In-depth knowledge of design principles, including layout, type, color, and composition
Experience with Jira and working with a product delivery team in agile processes to accomplish work within sprint deadlines
Understanding of current WCAG accessibility standards
Be a self-starter who can lead discovery work on new design patterns and experiences in multiple channels, including web, email, and mobile app
