The Model Maker / Additive Finishing Specialist will take additively manufactured and machined parts and turn them into client-ready components, focusing on surface preparation, painting, and assembly.

Responsibilities
Sand, prep, fill, and finish 3D printed and CNC-machined parts
Prepare parts for paint to meet specific visual and functional requirements
Prime parts using spray guns and hand techniques
Assemble and disassemble prototype and low-volume assemblies
Work closely with additive, engineering, and finishing teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Surface preparation and finishing
Spray painting and priming
Assembly and fitment
Strong attention to detail
Hands-on problem solving
Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Good hands, patience, and care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clear communication and professional attitude
Commitment to safety and quality
Preferred
Experience with RTV molding
Experience with urethane casting
Experience with airbrushing
