Responsibilities
Own end-to-end requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation
Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and objectives
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements
Produce and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and process diagrams
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately
Support requirement refinement, change management, and traceability throughout delivery
Participate in meetings, workshops, and reviews as needed to clarify scope and expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical environment
Strong ownership mindset over requirements and documentation
Experience with technical writing and producing clear, structured documentation
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with software development teams
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience documenting APIs, data flows, or system integrations (a plus)
