Responsibilities
Leading the development and execution of the Americas marketing strategy with a strong emphasis on KOL engagement, scientific communications, and share-of-voice growth
Building, leading, and developing a high-performing regional marketing team across North America and Brazil
Owning regional product messaging and positioning across the portfolio in alignment with global strategy
Leading regional launch strategy and execution for new products, ensuring brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and commercial readiness
Defining and driving the regional KOL strategy in partnership with Medical Affairs to enhance Rayner’s scientific credibility and influence; collaborating closely with Global Product Management, Global Clinical, and Global Communications to ensure alignment on strategy, evidence, and messaging
Leading marketing analytics, insights, and performance measurement across the Americas; and developing and managing the Americas marketing budget to maximise impact and return on investment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree; science, business, or related fields
Ophthalmology or vision care experience
The ability to interpret scientific/clinical data
Experience launching new products and managing product life cycles
The ability to travel
Preferred
Understanding of medical device and pharmaceutical regulations
Commercial experience selling medical devices or pharmaceuticals and/or managing a sales team
Second language – Portuguese and/or Spanish
