Welcome students, staff, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Direct students and office visitors to appropriate services
Answer phone calls and direct calls as needed
Assist in keeping office materials organized
Assist students in checking out game equipment
Assist in planning and preparing for campus events
Support campus events (set-up, during event, tear-down)
Assist other campus departments as instructed by Student Life Management

Qualification

Required

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must lift and pull items up to 25 lbs
Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software programs

Event planning experience or experience in an educational environment is preferred
