Business Development Representative
GoTech IT Solutions is a managed IT services provider serving small and mid-sized businesses throughout Eastern Wisconsin and U.P of Michigan. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for building strong initial relationships with new prospects, focusing on outbound prospecting and scheduling qualified discovery meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers and make outbound calls
Manage customers in pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in CRM and continuously refine outreach strategies
Manage follow-up sequences to advance opportunities through the early sales stages
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales and leadership team
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales and technical teams to align messaging and targeting
Represent GoTech IT Solutions professionally and consistently in all interactions
You’ll play a vital role in helping our team hit goals, improve processes, and grow our business
Qualification
Required
Has experience in outbound prospecting, B2B or sales
Curious, empathetic, and a good listener
Resilient and thrive on overcoming challenges
Communicates clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
Coachable and eager to grow personally and professionally
Self-motivated, organized, and ready to make an impact
Has basic knowledge of CRMs and Microsoft Office
