Responsibilities
Actively engage in all facets of the HEM Configuration and Depot process
Configure and deploy handheld products for customers, including devices from Samsung, Apple, and Zebra
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab, focusing on process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting
Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred
2-4 years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment
Strong mechanical and technical skills
Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting
