Responsibilities
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies for a financial services location
Control access by greeting arrivals, confirming authorization, issuing temporary badges and/or visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate area while helping to deter unauthorized entry
Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or other site systems from the front desk, document unusual activity, and notify the appropriate contacts per post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating communication with site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate
Complete required reports such as incident reports, visitor logs, and shift activity logs, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions
Qualification
Required
Have at least 1+ years of security experience
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client
Be at least 21+ years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
