Reviewing payor contracts and modeling reimbursements for customer projects
Managing multiple projects and improving related processes
Collaborating on project delivery, training, and customer support
Training customers on product use and best practices
Maintaining product quality and satisfaction during updates
Partnering with leadership to resolve reimbursement challenges
Reviewing and enhancing reimbursement models for product development
Troubleshooting customer issues and supporting resource development
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred
0-2 years in healthcare reimbursement in acute hospital care
Basic knowledge of analytics, data science, and business intelligence tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations
Strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
Effective collaboration and organizational skills
Highly accountable and results-oriented
Ability to educate, train, and mentor stakeholders
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
