Manages Supply Base Management Specialist employees performing activities related to supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Provides oversight, guidance and approval of supply base plans to ensure integration with customer, program and commodity strategies
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years of experience working with senior leaders/executives to communicate strategic plans and objectives
3+ years of experience in leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree
3+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environment
