They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architectural guidance and collaborate with internal technology teams throughout this multi-year transformation.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with client’s technology and business teams to define, validate, and optimize architectural designs across core systems
Provide technical oversight and thought leadership as the organization rebuilds its Policy, Billing, and Claims platform
Review and challenge architecture plans for multiple systems, including: Agency processing, Rating engine, Claims processing, Billing and policy administration, Reinsurance, General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP), Reporting and analytics
Guide teams through best practices for scalability, integration, and modernization
Partner in decision-making for build vs. buy components, including rating engines, API gateways, and identity & access management tools
Support the migration of applications to Azure as part of the cloud transformation effort
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within the Property & Casualty insurance domain
Proven success in designing and implementing large-scale insurance systems
Strong understanding of policy, billing, and claims workflows
Expertise in modern architecture frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred)
Ability to collaborate, challenge assumptions, and influence direction through consultative engagement with business and IT stakeholders
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
