Paid Search Manager

Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Media Buying: Demonstrates expertise in media buying, building, optimizing, benchmarking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for DTC ecommerce businesses
Media Strategy: Understands the various funnel stages and the messaging tactics needed to make an impact across each
Performance Monitoring: Monitors and reports on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS. Ensures that budgets are not exceeded
Blueprint Implementation: Proficiently implements the Lunar Solar Group Google Ads blueprint for success and adopts all products when applicable
AI Enablement: Effectively utilizes AI in day-to-day functions to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation
Client Onboarding: Facilitates successful onboarding of new clients, develops initial digital marketing strategies, and ensures smooth transition to the junior team members
Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong client relationships, contributes to business development efforts, and advances the agency’s reputation and market position. Identifies opportunities and supports in the process to upsell additional marketing channels and agency lines of services to help clients advance their impact

Required

Experience: 2-4 years of in-platform experience with Google Ads. Bing is a plus. Experience working with DTC/ecommerce businesses is required
Feed Management: Experience optimizing product feeds
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies
Analytical Skills: Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide actionable insights
Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. A strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically in SEM advertising and specifically in the DTC ecomm space

Preferred

Location: East Coast or willing to work East Coast hours
Experience: Agency experience, working on multiple e-commerce brands at once with a strong emphasis on customer acquisition and brand growth through conversion tactics
Verticals: Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness experience are a plus
SEO Knowledge: SEO knowledge is a plus!
