Accelerate Fellowship (Summer 2026)
Vise is a technology-powered asset manager that helps financial advisors build, manage, and explain personalized portfolios at scale. The Accelerate Fellowship is a 3-month program where fellows will work in small teams to develop AI-assisted workflows and tools for Vise's internal teams and key customers, focusing on high-leverage AI projects.

Responsibilities
Build tools and workflow for the internal Vise team and externally with Vise’s key customers
Transform out-of-the-box AI models into measurable productivity gains and differentiated enterprise-grade features
Develop AI-assisted workflows for operational work, such as automated reconciliation explanations and client-ready summaries
Qualification
Required
User Obsessed: Able to understand complex financial workflows quickly and deeply
End-to-End Minded: Possess strong product instincts, able to build from scratch and iterate fast to deliver first value within 6-10 weeks
Technically Robust: Full-stack competency with practical experience in LLM/NLP concepts and applications
Develop AI-assisted workflows: for operational work, such as automated reconciliation explanations and client-ready summaries
