Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a hands-on Test Engineer to join their SSD Customer Qualification Test Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and debugging OEM SSD qualification tests while collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality SSD products.

Responsibilities

Execute and debug SSD qualification tests for OEM drives
Analyze test scripts, logs, and failure patterns
Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues
Validate SSD functionality using industry-standard protocols
Support customer qualification activities across global labs

Qualification

SSD testingNVMe / PCIe protocolsLinux operating systemsPythonDebugging skills

Required

Experience in SSD testing and qualification
Strong knowledge of NVMe / PCIe storage protocols
Proficiency with Linux operating systems
Scripting or programming experience using Python or Windows PowerShell
Strong debugging and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience with OEM drive qualification
Familiarity with Microsoft (MSFT) systems
Prior experience working in customer-facing test environments
