The American College of Chest Physicians (CHEST) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chest diseases. They are seeking an Independent Contractor Part-Time Email Production Specialist to assist with email production, deployment, and analysis, while collaborating with the marketing team to enhance email communication effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Assist with email production, deployment and analysis. Report on campaign performance

Work with the Marketing Communications teams to understand goals and objectives of email communication. Apply best practices and make recommendations to improve email performance

Assist with developing landing pages applying effective design principles and strategies

Assist with database and audience lists to include data segmentation and data clean-up to ensure accuracy

Help implement and uphold CHEST visual identity and brand tone and voice in all marketing emails and other materials

Be curious. Always looking to push the envelope with email to meet campaign goals

Qualification

Email marketingHubSpotHTMLDesign principlesProject coordinationCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

1+ years' experience in email marketing. HubSpot experience required

Demonstrated understanding of email best practices, email trends, conversion rate optimization, design/creative, and personalization

Basic HTML knowledge and basic understanding of email marketing as a whole

Detail-oriented with an eye for design and proofreading

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic copywriting and editing skills

Team player with strong collaboration skills

Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
