Human Resources Generalist

LHH is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist with strong Talent Acquisition experience to support their manufacturing client in Lake County, Ohio. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting while providing day-to-day HR support across the facility.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs, job postings, and selection processes
Support employee relations, performance management, policy guidance, and HR compliance
Maintain HR records, assist with benefits and leaves, and help drive engagement and development initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
4+ years of HR experience with hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruiting tools/HRIS
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills

Preferred

Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred
