Responsibilities
Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across your market
Conducting candidate qualification calls and interviews
Building and managing candidate pipelines using LinkedIn and our CRM
Supporting senior consultants on live mandates (permanent and contract)
Mapping markets, identifying talent, and building long-term networks
Learning how to manage client relationships and recruitment processes end-to-end
Progressing toward a full Consultant role with responsibility for clients and revenue
Qualification
Required
0–2 years' experience (recruitment, sales, business, or customer-facing roles preferred)
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior professionals
A competitive, driven mindset — you like goals, targets, and accountability
Coachable, curious, and comfortable being pushed
Someone who wants career progression, not just a job
