Responsibilities
Culture mammalian cells in shake flasks and benchtop bioreactors
Support rAAV cell culture studies in stirred-tank bioreactors (AMBR15/AMBR250)
Perform molecular biology experiments (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, plasmid cloning, etc.)
Execute experimental designs and collect/format data for analysis
Summarize and present data to project teams
Support documentation and data verification (ALCOA+ principles)
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Assist with lab maintenance, troubleshooting, and general lab operations
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology/Molecular Biology, or related field
0–4 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry (or equivalent)
Strong organization, record-keeping, and communication skills
Comfortable working with lab instrumentation and digital data systems
Preferred
Experience with aseptic suspension cell culture and sterile media preparation
Molecular biology technique experience (SDS-PAGE, Western blot, cloning, etc.)
Viral vector production experience
