Responsibilities
Contributing to client projects and strategic solutions early
Growing your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship
Helping shape our client success stories — your work will matter
While starting with support, you will progress to completing tasks and assignments independently with limited oversight by the end of the year
Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team
Learn and execute advanced data collection workflows, leveraging Tag Management Systems (GTM, Adobe Launch) while primarily focusing on server-side architectures and JSON-based data delivery via APIs
Assisting with technical quality assurance (QA), debugging, and validation of tracking, experimentation, and personalization implementations to ensure accurate and privacy-compliant data
Collaborating with analysts and senior engineers to translate business and measurement needs into clear technical solutions and documentation
Gaining hands-on exposure to experimentation, consent management, and how data flows into analytics and downstream platforms
Qualification
Required
Completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineer, or another related field
Beginner proficiency or coursework in JavaScript, scripting/data handling (Python), Querying/Validation (SQL)
AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery. We are looking for builders who leverage AI to speed up tasks, automate workflows, and proactively ship high-quality work faster than traditional methods allow
