Responsibilities
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
Help create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, blogs, email campaigns, and digital content
Support social media scheduling, posting, engagement tracking, and responses
Organize digital assets, marketing files, and project documents
Build and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
Compile weekly marketing analytics and A/B testing data
Respond to website contact forms, reviews, and digital inquiries
Coordinate print and promotional item requests, vendor sourcing, and order tracking
Maintain marketing inventory logs and assist with invoice organization
Support event logistics including vendors, signage, materials, and coordination
Assist with branding updates, document formatting, and general marketing projects
Qualification
Required
2+ years of digital marketing experience required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Lightroom required; Illustrator or InDesign a plus)
Experience with email marketing platforms (such as Constant Contact)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
