Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end administrative sales process, including generating quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure all lead and client information is accurate and actionable
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order status, pricing inquiries, and basic technical questions
Assist the field sales team with scheduling, preparing presentation materials, and managing travel logistics as needed
Compile weekly and monthly sales reports for leadership to track progress against KPIs and growth goals
