Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting apparel and decoration methods based on their needs
Process sales using POS software, credit card systems, and cash register
Maintain accurate sales order statuses and provide timely delivery updates
Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and on schedule
Check supplier stock availability and manage customer pricing and quotations
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing
Support ongoing customer relationships, including reorders and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with our exceptional customer service standards
Qualification
Required
Strong people skills—friendly, professional, and customer-focused
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers, email, social media, and learning new software
Ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically in person and over the phone
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
2–3 years of relevant experience (not including server or call center roles)
Experience in apparel, embroidery, or screen printing is required—training available for those with foundational knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and social media is necessary
Preferred
Some experience with graphic design (Corel Draw preferred) is a plus but not required
Experience with e-commerce platforms or website development is a bonus
