Qualification
Required
A master's degree in business administration, with a concentration in information technology or a bachelor's degree in computer and information technology or related field and 5 years of experience in a related field
5+ years of BA Experience in IT projects. IT software/application project experience required
Experience with MS Excel spreadsheets, Power Query and data warehouse capabilities
Experience in analyzing system problems, designing and testing standards and solutions, evaluating procedures and processes
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
Ability to build relationships with management, program personnel, and the IT department
Ability to explain complex issues in a way that they all understand
