Responsibilities
Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues within established service timelines
Apply foundational HR knowledge to research and resolve moderately complex questions that require follow-up beyond initial contact
Provide guidance and education to employees on HR programs, policies, and tools, including HRIS, learning platforms and timekeeping systems
Deliver clear, accurate, and consistent communication while setting appropriate expectations and maintaining a customer-focused approach
Support recurring HR systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Work within employee HR management systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in an HR or HR support environment
Prior customer service experience
Working HR experience
