Senior LevelScaleneWorks INC is seeking an experienced CCAR / Capital Reporting Business Analyst to support enterprise Capital and CCAR reporting initiatives. The role involves collaborating with Technology and business stakeholders to deliver compliant regulatory reporting solutions while interpreting regulatory requirements and identifying data gaps.

Responsibilities
Interpret CCAR schedules and FED instructions and translate regulatory requirements into business and data needs
Support Capital and CCAR reporting , including FR Y-14Q and FR Y-14A
Perform front-to-back analysis from credit products through Risk and Finance
Identify data, process, and control gaps impacting CCAR reporting
Act as Product Owner / Senior BA for CCAR initiatives
Write BRDs , define data requirements, and align systems to CCAR needs
Partner with Technology teams to drive design decisions, implementation, and sign-off
Support governance, UAT, issue management, and stakeholder coordination across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and IT
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on CCAR and Capital Reporting experience
In-depth knowledge of FR Y-14Q, FR Y-14A, and Federal Reserve guidance
Proven Business Analyst / Product Owner experience in a regulatory environment
Solid understanding of credit, risk, finance, and capital data
Experience with BRDs, data mapping, UAT, and SDLC
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
