Responsibilities

Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning and managing IT projects from initiation to closure
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Create and distribute regular project status updates to stakeholders
Assist in developing project management templates, tools, and best practices
Strive to attain goals established by direct supervisors while meeting deadlines
Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients, and Myers and Stauffer
Professional in appearance and manner
Additional responsibilities as assigned
This position could have the potential to become a direct hire in a full-time position after graduation

Required

Intern must be working toward or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, management information systems or related field

Preferred

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience using or knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Miro
Experience managing or participating in group academic projects or extracurricular activities related to technology or project management
Interest in pursuing a certification in project management or Agile preferred
Demonstrate an ability to analyze data, interpret results, and seek solutions
Must be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment
Ability to execute assigned projects within established deadlines
Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated and eager to contribute
