Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources
Lead equipment and line improvement projects, including automation and new process introductions
Ensure qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) are completed and documented
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to deliver results
Track project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve technical or operational issues
Oversee documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Required

Minimum 5+ yrs experience managing engineering projects in pharma, food, or consumer goods (OSD, solids, powders, liquids preferred). MUST come with Engineering Degree
Strong project management skills (MS Projects preferred)
Equipment qualifications and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ) related to packaging / assembly lines
OSD products, familiar with Bottling Lines, Blistering lines, fillers, cartoners, tablet presses, blenders, etc., familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methods, experience with packaging line automation, or exposure to global/matrixed organizations
