Responsibilities
Support the update and maintenance of SAP Material Master records (e.g., descriptions, units of measure, status flags, purchasing-related fields) impacted by rebranding
Assist with creating and updating Purchasing Info Records (PIRs) to ensure correct supplier, pricing, and purchasing data alignment
Execute data changes using documented procedures, templates, and approval workflows
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency between Material Master data and Purchasing Info Records
Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, or missing information and escalate issues to senior team members
Partner with Commercialization, Procurement, and Master Data team to confirm rebranding requirements and data standards
Assist with pre- and post-go-live data cleanup related to materials and purchasing data
Participate in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer related to SAP materials and purchasing processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or associate degree
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data updates accurately
Ability to follow standardized processes and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented
Must be comfortable working with structured data
Interested in learning SAP master data processes while supporting a high-visibility business change
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or a related field
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred) or strong interest in learning SAP Material Master and purchasing data concepts
