Responsibilities
Provide tactical support of critical CEO/ELT sponsored programs
Business analytics for athena and market data sets
Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help align strategy and operational execution
Contribute to tracking and reporting on key performance metrics related to strategic initiatives
Assist in coordinating communication and collaboration across internal teams and external partners
Participate in special projects that support corporate growth and development objectives
Support financial modeling and data analysis efforts
Prepare materials and presentations for leadership and stakeholder meetings
Monitor industry trends and emerging technology relevant to healthcare and healthcare IT
Help organize strategic workshops and team meetings
Engage in knowledge sharing within the team to support continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, investment banking, or related fields
Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience supporting strategic planning, business case development, or operational projects in a corporate environment preferred
Interest or experience in healthcare or healthcare IT is beneficial
