Responsibilities

Supporting the Flight Systems Element Integration Lead with managing cost, technical, and schedule objectives for daily, weekly, and monthly program management execution
Close coordination with internal Lockheed Martin Subject Matter Experts
Work effectively in fast paced and dynamic environments
Able to learn across all business functions while supporting Staff level assignments

Required

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in engineering/technical discipline or related education
Strong organization, analytical, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Must be a US Citizen
This position will require a government security clearance

Preferred

Project lead experience
Detail oriented and excellent problem solving skills
Desire to enhance project engineering and program management skills
Desire to drive process efficiency and improvements across the Flight Systems portfolio
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
