Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring solutions meet business goals and objectives, which includes the ability to receive, prioritize, and remediate feedback from business stakeholders
Develop scalable and secure high-level solution designs that integrate various systems, applications, and technologies
Evaluate and recommend technologies that best fit business needs and ensure integration with existing systems
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identify areas for improvement, and stay updated with industry trends
Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference
Provide training and support to users and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of new solutions
Strong understanding of business processes and strategies, with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals
10-20% travel required, will be expected to support onsite ramp up of Unified Data Layer / Palantir or other key enterprise solution integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Preferred
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field can be advantageous
Public accounting or consulting experience
Experience in Palantir Foundry platform
Experience with various ERPs and other enterprise software (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, CostPoint, Hyperion, Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.)
Strong understanding of systems integration, data management, application development, and architecture frameworks
Experience in project management with use of iterative software development processes (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban)
Ability to handle complex problems and take initiative to research issues, engage in self-learning, problem solve, and implement solutions
Excellent communication skills, commitment to quality, customer focus, adaptability, and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate data-related requirements into innovative user solutions, drawing on prior education and experience, standard procedures, and basic analysis
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy with minimal oversight
Experience working with cross-functional teams to influence outcomes in an agile environment
