Responsibilities
Provide substantive support on complex matters, including issue spotting, fact analysis, and case development under attorney direction
Perform second-level review, privilege analysis and logging, draft review protocols, and run targeted searches in Relativity
Synthesize key documents, develop facts chronologies, and assist with preparation of witnesses and case materials
Work directly with staff attorneys, eDiscovery counsel, and firm attorneys across multiple matters as needs shift
Qualification
Required
Active attorney license in good standing (California required)
Prior Staff Attorney experience within complex litigation teams
Background in document‑intensive litigation with discovery responsibilities beyond first‑level review
Proficiency with Relativity and familiarity with protocol drafting and privilege workflows
Ability to work Pacific Time business hours in a fully remote setting
