Responsibilities
Develop long range technology roadmap
Proactively collaborate with peers in TMG and Business Units to identify gaps in technology portfolio and propose solutions
Work with foundry partners to define solutions that exceed Performance, Cost, Capacity and Quality requirements
Define success criteria and execute NTI (New Technology Introduction) to deploy the solutions
Provide technical expertise to peers in TMG and Business Units to tackle challenges in new product introduction as well as mature technologies
Qualification
Required
Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or similar disciplines
15+ years in Semiconductor industry; with expertise in a broad range of technologies such as SOI RFCMOS, SiGe BiCMOS, Advanced node CMOS, Analog CMOS etc
Proven track record of collaboration with wafer foundries in US and Overseas
Ability to communicate with a variety of audience, including executive management and end customers
Demonstrated ability to grow a high-caliber team
