Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of supply chain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Identify and apply industry best practices to develop practical business solutions
Collaborate with business process leaders to define and document essential business requirements
Perform gap analysis, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed functional specifications
Provide comprehensive training across all organizational levels to ensure user confidence and system adoption
Facilitate conference room pilots and address any issues to ensure a smooth system go-live
Support clients with data migration, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (3.2+ GPA)
3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant
Direct involvement in at least one full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation
Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution
Willingness to travel up to 60%
