Responsibilities
Process daily deposit packages to ensure funds are accurately moved to the appropriate accounts
Enter payments into the system and distribute work to team members for processing
Scan processed payments and supporting reports into the online imaging system (OnBase) for secure and efficient data retrieval
Prepare and manage files for system uploads
Analyze and review payments to ensure accuracy and quality control
Work with vendors to resolve issues that arise during payment processing
Assist the team as needed to meet month-end goals and deadlines
Cross-train on other team functions and provide backup support as required
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
2–5 years of related experience
Preferred
College degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus, but not required
