Vice President of Permanent Recruitment
Action Potential Performance Group is a fast-growing international talent group seeking a Vice President of Permanent Recruitment. The role involves running and growing the permanent recruitment function across various tech sectors while also actively billing and leading a small team of consultants.
Responsibilities
Running and growing the perm function across Tech, Digital & Engineering
Owning a niche within a niche (think Tech within Data, AI, HealthTech, MedTech, BioTech)
Billing yourself and leading from the front (this isn’t a figurehead role)
Hiring, mentoring and managing a small team (3–4 consultants)
Winning new business, growing key accounts and building long-term client relationships
Having a real say in strategy as part of a wider group of specialist brands
Qualification
Required
A proven tech perm biller (tech experience is essential)
Strong in 360 recruitment and Business Development
Already leading (or ready to step into) a small, high-performing team
Commercial, competitive and motivated by growth
Someone who enjoys a high bar and clear expectations
