Answering multi-line telephone system
Dispatching service technicians using a GPS software program
Assist with general office and administrative functions including (but not limited to) filing, faxing
A team member who is responsible, self-starter, family oriented and can operate in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Full Time availability
Experience as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Ability to provide friendly services to customers & company employees
Ability to keep data and records up to date including spreadsheet information
Experience answering multi-line telephone system
Ability to dispatch service technicians using a GPS software program
Ability to assist with general office and administrative functions including filing and faxing
Ability to work as a responsible team member, self-starter, family oriented, and operate in a fast-paced environment
Availability for mandatory rotating weekends
