Responsibilities
Assist the Sr. Facilities Manager in gathering MEP data to upload into the Yardi Facilities Maintenance program
Support “going live” (Yardi FM program) with operator teams throughout Welltower’s portfolio
Identify and escalate immediate needs of the properties visited
Manage vendor and operator team relationships, service contracts, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital projects, emergency response planning, and compliance initiatives
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying new knowledge to improve operations
Support long-term capital planning and budgeting efforts in coordination with senior leadership
Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve asset performance and environmental impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5–7 years of progressive experience in facilities operations, with demonstrated responsibilities
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience leading teams and managing stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems; familiarity with sustainability platforms is a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
