Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined sales territory

Spend ~60% of your time in the field (boots on the ground)
Drive measurable growth and new referral agreements
Attend networking events, lunches, presentations, and community meetings
Qualification
Required
2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience
Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and closing skills
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based sales is a plus (not required)
