They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build skilled teams that enhance the lives of their guests and families, focusing on sourcing and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Cultivate active and passive candidate pools through sourcing, social media, marketing, employee referrals, etc
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications for per diem and temp RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and fit for long-term care roles in six states (CT, NY, Mass, Maine, VT, and NH)
Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring the completion of applicants and new-hire documentation, screening, and background requirements, and other tasks through onboarding

Required

Experience working in an agency environment preferred
Excellent communication skills, including the use of various modes and methods for outreach and engagement
Experience using job boards, iCIMS Applicant tracking systems
Previous experience recruiting and assisting with onboarding processes
