Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end implementations/upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses
Configure Chart of Accounts, payment terms, approval workflows, accounting and reporting rules
Drive automation and efficiency in invoice processing, vendor payments, inventory valuation, and financial close
Align Oracle Financials with distribution operations including inventory valuation, landed cost, rebates, vendor funding, and margin analysis
Ensure seamless financial integration across Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) and Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P)
Support distribution‑specific KPIs: gross margin by SKU, freight allocation, rebates, and chargebacks
Integrate Oracle Financials with tools such as HighRadius, BlackLine, TM1, Concur, Kyriba, Vertex
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements
Lead business workshops, UAT, training sessions, and functional documentation

Required

15+ years overall consulting experience
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
Experience with SAP to Oracle ERP migration
Wholesale Distribution domain knowledge
Proven leadership and CXO‑level communication skills
Lead end‑to‑end implementations/upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses
