FAMLI Technical Account Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
Administer the employer participation and integrity functions of the FAMLI Program in accordance with the FAMLI Act and its implementing regulations
Enforce compliance with state law and regulations to ensure the integrity of the FAMLI Program and solvency of the FAMLI Trust Fund
Monitor employer registration and account maintenance
Manage relationships with third-party administrators and large employers
Ensure employers pay their fair share of premiums by reviewing reported nationwide employee headcounts
Build proactive relationships with employers and their representatives to reduce the number and value of employer delinquencies
Provide support to large employers and third-party administrators (TPAs) with policies regarding employer liability
Assist employers in understanding FAMLI statutes, regulations, and compliance in filing quarterly wage reports and making premium payments
Establish, maintain, and terminate employer accounts
Identify delinquent wage reports and premium balances and pursue collections
Process refunds and reimbursements
Educate and instruct employers in their responsibilities and legal rights while protecting the interests of the Division in accordance with the Colorado Revised Statutes, Colorado Code of Regulations, and Division policies and procedures
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Employer and TPA accounts for all aspects of employer account maintenance, including troubleshooting interactions with the MyFAMLI+ Employer Portal
Qualification
Required
Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
Must be a current Colorado resident at time of application
You must pass a thorough background check prior to employment which will include the E-Verify Process

Experience working in Banking, Finance, and legal fields, business management

Experience with process improvement, using data-driven analysis to support enhancement recommendations
