Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop delivery team members to achieve operational and performance goals
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews
Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily transport delivery workflows to meet delivery schedules and demand
Monitor operational KPIs and adjust workflows as needed to maintain service levels
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery performance and SLA attainment
Manage client expectations, support onboarding activities, and resolve escalated issues in a timely manner
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements, process changes, and new initiatives
Track delivery quality metrics, lead root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience leading projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate level or above), required
Experience in process management and cross-functional team leadership
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
Preferred
Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher is an asset
1–2 years of people leadership experience
Proven ability to navigate high-change environments and resolve client escalations effectively
Comfortable presenting to multiple levels of internal and external audiences
