Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance partner to Product Creation and Merchandising teams for a segment of the business

Translate strategic margin targets into seasonal margin plans aligned with leadership objectives

Identify and communicate financial implications of product decisions, offering scenario-based solutions

Track seasonal margin performance and partner on actions to improve margin outcomes

Deliver financial modeling, scenario planning, and ad hoc margin analysis to influence pricing, cost, and demand decisions

Collaborate across the broader Margin Planning team to drive margin improvement initiatives

Present clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, or accounting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial models)

Strong experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, and quantitative analysis

Proficiency with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations

Ability to clearly translate financial insights to non-finance partners

Strong attention to detail with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Business

Experience supporting consumer products or large, complex organizations

Background partnering closely with Product, Merchandising, or Development teams

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Demonstrated curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to engage cross-functionally
