Responsibilities

Lead conceptual design, full site plan design, including grading, stormwater management, and utilities, and preparation of detailed specifications and construction documents for municipal infrastructure and private development projects
Oversee project planning, including developing recommendations, preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating alternatives, and identifying optimal engineering solutions
Perform financial project tracking, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare public bid documents, including plans, specifications, and contract packages compliant with local, state, and federal requirements
Manage, mentor, and train engineering staff and project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional development
Coordinate with internal disciplines (e.g., surveying, GIS, planning, landscape architecture, traffic, construction management) and external consultants to deliver integrated project outcomes

Required

Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing in New Jersey
