Responsibilities

Proactively identify, diagnose, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to implement on customer networks
Manage and solve Tier 1 through Tier 3 issues
Resolve assigned trouble tickets
Cloud networking and support (GCP and OCI environments)
Direct and frequent experience with ISE/DNAC is a requirement

Required

US Citizenship
Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance
6+ years of experience in the design of hybrid enterprise networks
Experience with any of the following cloud technologies: OCI/GCP/AWS
Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP)
Good understanding and practical experience with switching technologies (EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB)
Familiarity with Network Security Technologies like ISE, Zero Trust, and firewalls
Proficient with IP Routing Protocols (OSPFv3, OSPFv2, BGP,), QoS, Multicast, MPLS
Proficient in VPN technologies - Remote Access and Site-to-Site VPNs
CCIE in Routing and Switching and/or CCNP with deep expertise in Cisco ISE deployments within enterprise environments
Ability to work onsite in Silver Spring, MD 3 days per week (or more)
