6+ years of Production support experience on Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, Splunk
Knowledge on Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain
Excellent knowledge on Linux, Networking (TCP/IP), LINUX is Required
Well versed with ITIL framework
Excellent Communication Skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and takes pride in accomplishment
CISSP OR equivalent Information Security domain certificate will be value add
Exhibits strong drive for results and success
Persists in the face of significant difficulties, does not give up easily
Candidates need to work in Shift 3 pm – 12 am CST
Qualification
Required
